Seeking broader impact, she transitioned into operational and project management roles that challenged her to solve complex problems and drive results across teams. Along the way, she discovered that some of her greatest growth came from stepping into initiatives beyond her formal scope, strengthening her adaptability and strategic perspective.

She brings clarity to complex initiatives by combining data-driven analysis with concise communication, helping teams make informed decisions with confidence. Outside of work, Sam enjoys recharging near the ocean, where the calm rhythm of the water mirrors her thoughtful approach to problem solving. She is an avid reader, puzzle enthusiast, and creative hobbyist. Having lived abroad in Bali and multiple cities in Mexico, Sam brings a global perspective and appreciation for new environments, experiences, and continuous growth.
