Today at Vitale Engineering, Jess channels her passion for efficiency into creating seamless operations that empower the team to focus on what they do best. She thrives on building systems that run smoothly, solving problems before they arise, and keeping every detail in sync. Seeing her behind-the-scenes work make a tangible impact is what fuels her drive each day.

Outside of work, Jess loves transforming spaces through design and DIY projects, managing her Caribbean real estate ventures, and recharging by the ocean with her husband, Karl, and their Maltipoo, Whiskey. Her favorite moments are those filled with creativity, laughter, and the sound of waves—where inspiration and balance come naturally.
