Nick’s path to Vitale Engineering began as a Production Test Engineer at Lockheed Martin, where he developed a deep appreciation for precision, efficiency, and dependable execution. Through that experience, Nick discovered a passion for helping others succeed and found fulfillment in being a trusted resource who contributes meaningfully to larger outcomes. That mindset naturally led him to a role where service, problem-solving, and partnership are central.

At Vitale Engineering, Nick is energized by being an integral part of a customer’s solution. He takes pride in delivering exceptional service in an industry where it truly matters, ensuring customers feel heard, understood, and supported at every stage of the process. His focus on clear communication and long-term relationship building reflects his belief that trust is the foundation of sustained success.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys staying active and focused through weightlifting, outdoor pursuits such as hunting and fishing, and motorcycle riding. He also enjoys unwinding with a good book and is currently learning to play electric guitar. Guided by strong family values rooted in respect, accountability, and doing what is right, Nick brings discipline, curiosity, and integrity into everything he does, both professionally and personally.
